As destinations go, I am fortunate to have worked, lived in and visited some wonderful countries and cities around the world… The Maldives, India, New York, Kyoto, Cardiff, to name a few. All of these are outstanding places to do business, but I am proud and content to run a PR consultancy in arguably the most connected destination in the world – West London.
29 June 2022 – Escaping to paradise this summer may still be possible if you head to the Indian Ocean island of Sri Lanka. Now firmly back on the holiday agenda after UK government travel advice changed in June, hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka are eagerly awaiting visitors who wish to support the idyllic island through tourism.

As a PR and marketing agency, GEC PR works with a variety of travel and lifestyle clients and the team had the exciting opportunity last year to launch a new sustainable wine distributor, Collectivino.
Collectivino was looking to quickly raise brand awareness and generate a buzz around the launch, with the view to drive online traffic and sales. The main target audiences were lifestyle and family consumers including young professionals aged 25+ with a passion for organic and sustainable products, and GEC PR came up with a creative PR campaign focusing on a media launch event.
16 May 2022 – While winter is traditionally the time that many UK travellers escape to warmer climates, for those with a bucket-lust desire to visit the Maldives but without the deep pockets, a summertime stay in this Indian Ocean island paradise may be a great option.
