October 2024 – Following a Which? survey of over 3,000 British consumers, Airport Parking and Hotels (APH.com) has been awarded a Which? Recommended Provider for Airport Parking and one of the best airport parking brands in the UK.
Considered the UK’s consumer champion, Which? is famous for testing and investigating everyday services such as travel firms, presenting the best companies with a Which? Recommended Provider award. It’s considered the crème-de-la-crème when it comes to reviewing products and services, providing unbiased and trusted advice and helping consumers have more confidence when choosing a brand or service.
An independent and family-owned company providing airport parking since 1980, APH has been one of the trailblazers in customer service for many years. APH operates its own Park and Ride and Meet and Greet services at both Gatwick Airport and Manchester Airport and was rated highly by customers in almost every category topping the table for both sites and receiving an impressive customer score of 84% at Gatwick and 79% at Manchester. This was the first time Which? covered the airport parking industry and the survey asked customers to review airport parking brands across a number of categories including customer service, car park security, value for money and the condition of the car when returned with APH proudly performing highly across them all.
