The Maldives offers families an Easter to remember this April with a ‘cracking’ line-up of events planned. Fun-filled activities for families include Easter egg hunts and a visiting astronomer at Soneva Fushi, art and sand sculpturing classes at Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi and Easter movie nights at Angsana Velavaru.

Easter Egg Hunts and a Visiting Astronomer at Soneva Fushi
Soneva Fushi’s annual Easter egg hunt will return in April, with wooden eggs hidden all over the resort for guests to find and exchange for chocolate eggs at the resort’s dedicated chocolate room. The five-star resort will also host a Full Moon Dinner and Pop-Up Easter After Party, both on the Sandbank, plus a Games Show night for families. Stargazers can negotiate the night skies with visiting Lars Lindberg Christensen, an award-winning astronomer and science communicator, and foodies can enjoy dishes prepared by Danish Chef Kamilla Seidler, winner of Latin America’s Best Female Chef award in 2016, and Finnish Chef Filip Langhoff, who has one Michelin star.

Turquoise Holidays is offering a seven-night stay at Soneva Fushi from £17,350 per family of four. Package includes accommodation in a Soneva Fushi Villa Suite with Pool on a half-board basis for two adults and full-board basis for two children aged up to 14 years old. Price includes return international flights plus seaplane transfers and is valid for travel from 14th January – 19th December 2019.
